Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

The game Design and Research department is responsible for creating and maintaining research on market trends, competitive intelligence, the game features analysis, and players' behavior. 

As a Research Analyst, you will use data, research, and an understanding of industry best practices to develop actionable insights that can inform product strategy and development.

Perform customer research and competitive research for product and marketing departments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis of products and markets. 
  • Conduct, collect, and analyze user behavior through different qualitative research methodologies.
  • Create docs and presentations of specific games, including a breakdown of the important game systems and features, and analyze performance.
  • Understand players’ pain points and needs through user research, then turn them into actionable insights and offer the right UX solutions.
  • Presenting reports to all levels of management.
  • Partner with game team leadership, publishing leadership, and other Product Managers to create recommendations for future features and games.

Requirements

  • Plays many games deeply.
  • At least one year of experience in creating and performing qualitative studies in an online company or research agency - Must.
  • Experience as a research analyst in a gaming company - Advantage.
  • Ability to create independent research.
  • Advantage – background in UX design, user-centered design process.
  • Very high English level.
  • Experience in Gaming companies - Advantage.
  • Experience with: Excel.
  • Experience with Powerpoint.
